Registration

There are various methods to register for a HOST class or event

• Use a link on the HOST calendar or website link
• Use a link sent via email
• Some class registrations are managed through a third-party training company. In that case, a participant may register by following the directions on the HOST calendar or in the email regarding the class.

Payment Methods

• Use a credit card when registering via the HOST website or email link
• Third-party training company – payment requirements vary by instructor. All accept credit card payment, and each may or may not permit purchase orders or invoicing.

Session Registration & Payment

• All attendees must be registered and paid for the session. Registration for each person in the room is mandatory, regardless of whether the session is held onsite or virtually.
  Discounts for two or more registered associates are available—please inquire.
• Due to exchange rate complications, all pricing is in USD regardless of the class location.
• Eventbrite fees include a charge of $0.99 per transaction plus a small credit card processing fee.

Session Materials & Requirements

Materials – All necessary class materials will be provided.

Virtual Sessions:

• • A functioning camera and microphone are required for participation.
  • Please ensure these are working before the event.

Onsite Sessions:

• • A valid photo ID is required upon check-in.
  • Cafeteria service is not available. Limited “Market C” grab-and-go items are available at HSO Marysville only. Please arrange to bring your lunch.

Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy

• Cancellations, refunds, or transfers must be completed no later than 10 business days before the class date.
• Substitutions of attendees from the same company are permitted up to the morning of the class.
• Weather Cancellations – If Honda is forced to close due to weather conditions, any class that starts the day of a plant closing will be rescheduled. To find out the operation status please call the phone number listed on your registration confirmation or one of the numbers below.

Communication

• You will receive an email reminder from Eventbrite 24–72 hours prior to your class. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us immediately as your class details may have changed.

Hotel Reservations

Each supplier is responsible for their own hotel reservations. Local hotels may have a Honda rate. It does not hurt to ask.

Dress Code

All attendees must follow Honda’s dress code guidelines in order to participate in training. Honda requires all participants to dress in business casual wear.

• Must be clean and well kept
• Closed toed shoes, with backs
• No profanity or controversial logos/images/phrases
• No exposed midriffs
• No flip flops or sandals
• No short skirts/shorts
• No rips or holes

Please keep in mind that each training location is a professional establishment and we must follow certain guidelines in order to keep the image that Honda has established.

It will be up to the Honda instructors to determine what action should be taken if violations to the dress code occur. Dress code violations could result in or up to expulsion from the class. Expulsion does not entitle the participant to a refund.
