Back by popular demand, we are offering the online version of our Working Effectively with Japanese 1-day open seminar in the Eastern time zone on April 26th.
Whether you work for a Japanese company, or have Japanese customers, joint venture partners, or suppliers, understanding Japanese culture and business practices is essential to your success. Building strong relationships and getting things done smoothly and efficiently depends on your knowing how best to communicate with Japanese and influence the decision-making practices in Japanese organizations.
We will also cover tips for building relationships and keeping the lines of communication open when you can’t travel to Japan, as Japan’s travel restrictions look likely to continue for the foreseeable future.
By attending you’ll learn key techniques for achieving good communication with Japanese, in a lively interactive session. The instructor will be Mary Alice O’Brien-Mecke, who has long experience helping Americans better understand Japanese culture.
The day will be split into 4 sessions: 9:00-10:30, 10:45-12:15, 1:15-2:45, and 3-4. Using an online platform that allows for interactivity and breakout sessions, we will aim to create the same interactive and intensive learning environment as our live courses.
Register here for the April 26th East Coast time zone session.
