Back by popular demand, we are offering the online version of our Working Effectively with Japanese 1-day open seminar in the Eastern time zone on February 7th and in the Pacific time zone on March 14th.
Whether you work for a Japanese company, or have Japanese customers, joint venture partners, or suppliers, understanding Japanese culture and business practices is essential to your success. Building strong relationships and getting things done smoothly and efficiently depends on your knowing how best to communicate with Japanese and influence the decision-making practices in Japanese organizations.
By attending you’ll learn key techniques for achieving good communication with Japanese, in a lively interactive session. The Eastern time zone instructor will be Mary Alice O’Brien-Mecke, and the Pacific time zone instructor is Andrew Bender, who both have long experience helping Americans better understand Japanese culture.
The day will be split into 4 sessions: 9:00-10:30, 10:45-12:15, 1:15-2:45, and 3-4. Using an online platform that allows for interactivity and breakout sessions, we will aim to create the same interactive and intensive learning environment as our live courses.
The participants raved about the class and mentioned it was quite interactive.
