SPEED TRAINING WORKSHOPS:
Generational Gap – Andy McInnis
In this program we will touch on what distinguishes each generation, how to appropriately communicate with each generation, and how to challenge assumptions commonly made about each generation.
Communication Style Assessment – Lorie Simpson
Employees at all levels will gain practical and actionable insight into their everyday communications. This workshop will touch on highlights of how to speed read the styles of colleagues and learn how to flex their personal style to improve communication.
Storytelling Tips – Jenny Wood
This foundation course helps leaders communicate effectively so they can spark action in others. The course teaches leaders the interaction essentials they need to
handle the variety of challenges and opportunities they encounter every day in the workplace and beyond.

Based on Marshall Goldsmith’s book, What Got You Here Won’t Get You There, this workshop has a heavy emphasize on the things you should stop doing rather than things you need to start doing or do better. What Got You Here Won’t Get You There holds the basic premise that there are a handful of workplace habits that often keep successful people from making the next big step forward in their career. We’ll seek to identify those habits and help you overcome them so you can make the next big leap in whatever you’re planning to do with your life.
