Recover Your HondaEngage Log-in Credentials

In this age of technology overload, you need log in credentials for just about everything you do. Even if you’re the epitome of organization, it’s inevitable that you’ll lose a password or forget your user name for something somewhere along the way. Don’t fret! Everything you need to know about your HondaEngage log-in credentials is right on this page!

Who am I again? (Username Recovery)

If you don’t know your USERNAME, it’s easy enough to figure out. All usernames on this site are set up in the same format — as your first and last names with an underscore between them. If your last name is hyphenated, there’s a hyphen in your user name as well.

So if your name is Bob Smith, your username is Bob_Smith.
If your name is Mary Jones-Smith, your username is Mary_Jones-Smith.


I know who I am, now what’s my password?

If you didn’t receive your membership confirmation email containing your PASSWORD, or if you’ve since misplaced it, or if you changed your password and now don’t remember what you changed it to, then you’re getting old and should probably start writing things down.

Since you’ve probably misplaced your pen, too, we’ll just go ahead and put the instructions for resetting your password right here.

So do all of this…

  • Read through these instructions first because when you follow the next step, it will take you away from this page.
  • Click on these words… Lost your password? For future reference, the same link can be found in the Log In section in the upper right sidebar of the screen.
  • Where indicated, type into the box either your username or the email address you used to register with HondaEngage. Note that no matter which you use, you will need to have access to the email address that you used to register.
  • Click on the “Get New Password” button.
  • Check your email. Within a minute or so, you should receive an email from the HondaEngage Team that contains a link to reset your password. If you don’t receive an email, get in touch with us and we’ll help you out.
  • Click on the link in that email.
  • Change your password.
  • Did you find your pen yet? If not, this is a good time to go get one. I’ll wait.
  • **crickets**
  • Welcome back! Now write down your new password.
  • Proceed to log in to the HondaEngage site with your new password.


Um…about my email address…

Even the EMAIL ADDRESS isn’t working, huh? There could be a chance it’s not you; it’s us. Maybe we made an error when entering it into the system. Best bet in this case is to get in touch with us and let us know. We’ll check the email address associated with your account against the email address you use to send us your question.
